Getting started with your CGM

For your Expert CGM Insights experience, you'll be using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) made by Abbot.

Freestyle LibreLink is a smartphone app from Abbot (not Selph) that will record glucose data from your CGM, log diet, exercise and notes and also allow you to share these data with our experts so we can give you actionable insights into your metabolic health.

• Download the Freestyle LibreLink app on your iOS or Android phone.

  

• If you don't already have a LibreLink account, please follow instructions in the app to create one.

Please don't download the Freestyle LibreLink app on more than one phone as this can cause problems with your data.
