The cut-off time for delivery before Christmas is pre-2pm on Friday 19th December. Orders placed after 2pm on Tuesday December 23rd will be despatched on Monday 29th December for delivery from Tuesday 30th December.
Please don’t post blood and stool samples to the lab between Friday 19th December and Sunday 4th January 2026. Royal Mail doesn’t operate on bank holidays and will not have a reliable service between these two dates. Samples posted to the lab during this period may be delayed, which could mean we won’t be able to analyse them because they will be too old.
SIBO tests
The lab that processes SIBO samples is closed between Christmas and New Year. It's possible this could lead to longer analysis times than usual for samples received around this period.
Other lab tests
All other lab tests will be analysed as usual. If you need to hand-deliver samples to the lab over the Christmas period, please see instructions here
There will be a reduced availability of appointments across our clinic partners and mobile phlebotomy between Christmas and New Year. If booking phlebotomy services during the Christmas period please note that samples should not be returned by post and will need to be hand-delivered to the lab.
Customer service will operate as normal, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. During weekends and bank holidays, the team are available for urgent queries only.
