Yes, blood and stool samples can be hand-delivered to the laboratory. SIBO breath test samples should be posted. To guarantee receipt of your sample, we recommend dropping it off in-person if you are able to do so.
Your test kit will either have the London or Manchester lab address on it. You can take it to the lab closest to you and they will process your sample.

Outside of the above hours (open 24/7) and for couriers, samples can be delivered to the main laboratory at:

Samples delivered to the main lab need to be taken to the entrance at the rear of the building, on Flaxman Terrace road, directly opposite "Mabel's Tavern" Pub. Just ring the buzzer and one of the lab staff will come and take the sample(s) from you, or you can drop your sample into the sample drop box. You can download a map here.

The Manchester lab also couriers samples to London daily (if needed).
Inuvi test kits may be dropped off at the lab's location in Gloucester, or taken to Inuvi's London Clinic location.
