Haven’t received my order yet, where’s my tracking information?

We'll email you the Royal Mail tracking number for your order at the time of despatch.

• Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are despatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays, weekends and bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

Alternatively, you can also find the tracking number for your order in your account dashboard:

• Go to the My Orders page in your account.
• Tracking information will be listed alongside your order details when available.
