If you haven’t taken your test yet we may be able to change the tests after you've ordered, please contact us if you want to make a change. Once you've taken and sent off your test it is generally not possible to make any changes.
If you’d like to make changes to your test panel before the kit is sent to you, often the best option is to cancel your existing order and then place a new order with your updated test panel. Please contact us to cancel your order or change it before it's despatched.
In most cases, we're not able to edit your test panel once your kit has been despatched. That said, if you change your mind about the tests you want to take before taking your sample, we may be able to change this - please contact us for more information and we’ll do what we can to help.
Unfortunately, we're not able to make changes to your test panel once you’ve sent your sample back to us.
