The finger-prick blood test kit that you've received can’t be used for a venous blood draw by a health professional. However, if you've changed your mind about your sample collection method, we can send you a replacement venous blood draw kit for a small fee (£10), in addition to the charge for the Superdrug or Tuli venous blood draw service (£35). Please contact us and we’ll get this sorted for you.
